Order Placement, Changes, Cancellations, and Issues
A confirmation email containing your order number will be sent immediately after payment, as long as a valid email address was provided at checkout. Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Once an order is confirmed, no changes or modifications can be made. Please review your ingredients and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellations are only accepted for unfulfilled orders before delivery. A 15% cancellation fee applies to approved cancellations, and orders already marked as fulfilled or shipped cannot be cancelled.
If there is a problem with your order, kindly reach out to us at hello@nouvellevous.com with: (1) your order number, and (2) clear photo/video evidence of the issue.
In case incorrect items are shipped by our warehouse, we sincerely apologize. A one-to-one exchange at your address will be arranged at no cost to you.
For parcels damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photo/video proof. A claim will be submitted to our shipping agent on your behalf within 48 working hours.
According to the shipping agent, damage investigations may take 30 to 60 calendar days. Compensation or redelivery will be arranged once the investigation is completed.
